Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you wish to forward emails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
